
A family devoted to the work
Louis and Linda have been married since 2003. They have three daughters (Lori-Angela, Lafortune-Renea and Leon-Gabrielle) and a son, Louis Alan. Louis has been preaching and serving the church in Cameroon for over 22 years.
Louis and Linda served as interpreters for numerous US mission teams and training seminars, interpreting into French, English and Pidgin, and translated leadership training materials into French.
Years of ministry in Cameroon
Pulpit ministry
Louis served as the full-time pulpit minister of the Bonaberi (Douala) Church of Christ, a congregation of approximately 120.
Children's curriculum
They designed the Noble Age series, the first children's Sunday school curriculum in the Church of Christ in Cameroon.
Evangelism ministry
Through Soul Saving Ministry, Louis and other native preachers led church-planting campaigns in villages and towns across Cameroon.
Youth leadership
Louis led the Cameroon Youth Forums and Youth Retreats for 20 and 10 years respectively; Linda trained Sunday school teachers in small villages.
Training at Harding
In 2015 the family moved to Searcy, AR, where Louis earned a Bachelor of Bible and Ministry from CAMT at Harding University, graduating in 2018.
Continued study
Linda is completing a certificate through Harding's Center for Distance Learning, with classes such as Church Planting, Hermeneutics and Bible Ethics.
